Clients receive communication from their custodian and from Medley & Brown, LLC as follows:

• Confirmations - The custodian sends confirmations on all transactions that take place in the portfolio.
  

• Monthly Statements - Most custodians send monthly statements showing all security positions. If there is no account activity, statements are sent quarterly.
  

• Quarterly Review - Medley & Brown, LLC sends a report each quarter showing all security positions and the current rate of return on the account. Returns are compared to commonly accepted market indices.
